Not the biggest place, but feels like we eating at grandma which is a + to me. Expect a mine but went pretty fast and came out pretty quick. Customer service was great. Best burger I’ve had before honestly, I got the bean burger , added bacon w grilled onions and everyone else loved the food as well. I’ve had two bean burgers in my life. This one is the best I’ve ever had period. My daughter even eat her whole grilled cheese sandwich from the kids meal and she never eats the crust. I was just satisfied after. Everyone and they mom was enjoying the burger you can just see the peoples faces at their table while eating. Will for sure return and 100% recommend.

Excellent hamburger and french fries! A mistake was made on the order and they offered a delicious root beer float to make up for it (they initially offered to remake it, but that wasn't necessary). Awesome customer service and a good old-fashioned hamburger. Will definitely be back! They also had a great lettuce 'bun' for us gluten-free folks! It was fantastic!

One register, long line, long wait not enough seats. Men’s bathroom is like walking down hill and toilet requires a seat belt. But who cares food was amazing, staff is friendly and people here are from the neighborhood. I have a feeling they will expand again and again. I wish them well and will be back many times.

Gets busy sometimes, we waited for quite a while for our burger and fries, but it was worth the wait. And it's worth the upgrade of a $1.50 to get an 8 oz burger over a 4 oz and share it with someone. The burgers are greasy, but delicious. ????????

The minute I walked in the cashier greeted me right away. Their burgers here at this place are absolutely phenomenal!!! I look forward to going back! They have great customer service!!! Very clean! It was a great experience! Root beer floats are delicious! They have a really cool little mini bar . Overall it's a great restaurant!

Great service and huge portion. The servers were very nice and accommodating. The fries were delicious and they are known for their cheeseburger.the cheeseburger was huge and all but I loved the French fries.

Felt like a burger and been wanting to try Diana's for awhile. You walk up to counter and place order then find table. Mom ordered a plain Burger and I went for the jalapeno cheese burger with bacon. Also got an order of fries, everything is a la carte. Overall flavor of burger was great, hamburger patty is a bit thin, probably 1/4lb, didn't ask. French fries were hand cut and fresh, 1 order can be shared. Overall everything was great. It was a hot summer day, restaurant a/c must have been having issues, it was very warm inside despite several fans placed throughout.

The nachos were delicious. The service was fast and the staff was very friendly. Very affordable and perfect for a family night out with the kids and the wife.

The place is really nice from when you first walk in. Its got a good vibe good music, and lots of seating. The staff were very friendly and cheerful. The food was amazing we had a Bean burger and a bacon cheeseburger both were fantastic. The cheddar cheese they use on the burgers is the real deal. I would come back just for the cheese alone. But honestly it just elevates an already amazing and HUGE burger. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for the best burger in San Antonio. This is a contender.
